It’s 2023 and with a new year means new dreams, new goals and of course new resolutions. And if you are anything like me you have had resolutions in the past that have failed. But have you thought about why those resolutions have failed? Why do we often just give up on those resolutions?
Well guess what!? There are ways of sticking to your resolutions and today we are going to dive into my 5 keys to creating resolutions that stick for 2023! This is the year that we won’t write down our resolutions and then move on and never look at it again nor are we going to have a packed schedule that doesn’t give us time and space to take action on our dreams and goals for 2023. 2023 is the year that we are going to gain clarity on our resolutions and most importantly we are going to take action on our 2023 goals and resolutions.

How is it possible that 2023 is here and we are at the beginning of a fresh new year!?
I like to wrap up my year with reflection, to sit down and reflect on what I’m thankful for and what went well for me in 2022. I think it’s important to take inventory of what worked well for you in 2022 and what you would like to leave behind in 2022.
I truly believe that 2023 is full of potential and promise for you and your God-sized dreams. Join me as I look back on 2022 and share what I’m thankful for - the things that went well in my personal life and in my business.
